# SharePoint in Manuel

Met de SharePoint-integratie kun je eenvoudig bestanden uit je Microsoft SharePoint-omgeving ophalen en gebruiken in Manuel.

### Wat heb je nodig?

Om SharePoint te koppelen aan Manuel, heb je het volgende nodig:

* Een actief Microsoft 365-account met toegang tot SharePoint.
* Rechten om bestanden te bekijken of te beheren in jouw SharePoint-omgeving.
* Toegang tot de **Manuel werkruimte** waar de SharePoint-knop beschikbaar is.

### SharePoint koppelen aan Manuel

1. Ga naar je **Bedrijfsruimte**.
2. Klik op de knop **"SharePoint verbinden"**.
3. Je wordt doorgestuurd naar een inlogpagina.
4. Log in met je Microsoft-account wie verbonden is met sharepoint.
5. Na succesvolle inlog wordt SharePoint gekoppeld aan je persoonlijke omgeving in Manuel.

### Wat gebeurt er als je verbonden bent?

Zodra je succesvol bent verbonden met SharePoint, kun je handmatig bestanden importeren in Manuel. Dit doe je via de **SharePoint-knop** in je werkruimte:

1. Klik opnieuw op de SharePoint-knop.
2. Je komt op een pagina waar je eerst een SharePoint-site selecteert waarvan je bestanden wilt ophalen.
3. Na het selecteren van de juiste site zie je een overzicht van de mappenstructuur van die site.
4. Navigeer naar de map waarvan je bestanden wilt importeren.
5. Klik links van de bestandsnaam op het selectievakje om één of meerdere bestanden te selecteren.
6. Als je klaar bent met selecteren, klik je op de knop **"Bestanden importeren"**.
7. De geselecteerde bestanden worden nu toegevoegd aan de **Manuel bedrijfsruimte**.
