# Je eerste 5 minuten met Manuel

**Doel**: Krijg je eerste bruikbare antwoord in minder dan 2 minuten.

#### Stap 1: Open Manuel

#### Stap 2: Probeer een echte storingscode

Kies een storingscode die je recent hebt gezien. Hier is een voorbeeld:

**Scenario**: Je bent op locatie, de Nefit Trendline van de klant toont "2E 207"

**Wat te doen**:

1. Open Manuel → Selecteer "Probleemoplossing"
2. Kies: "Storingscode oplossen"
3. Selecteer: Nefit → CV-ketel → Trendline
4. Voer in: 2E 207

**Wat Manuel teruggeeft**:

> **STORING 2E 207** — Waterdruk onder 0,2 bar
>
> **Oorzaak**: Systeem heeft druk verloren
>
> **Oplossing**:
>
> 1. Vul systeem bij tot 2 bar
> 2. Test werking expansievat
> 3. Controleer op lekkages in systeem
> 4. Controleer bedrading druksensor
